style="white-space: pre;"> A. No shipping costs for customers on the island of Puerto Rico. For customers outside of Puerto Rico will be charged an additional shipping charge to the cost of the order. Which will be determined by weight and size of the goods ordered.

All orders received after 12:00 pm Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Exceptions may apply during holidays and occasions / circumstances. Delivery time of goods is 2 to 3 days in Puerto Rico. Outside of Puerto Rico call for location. For reasons beyond our control the shipping policy is not guaranteed.

7. RETURN POLICY
style="white-space: pre;"> A. We try to visually inspect the goods for defects or damage before shipping, however, if you encounter problems, follow these instructions. .
style="white-space: pre;"> B. You send by email a brief description of items and for what reason would be returning . Once you have our authorization number for return must send the items together with the authorization number. Returned items, unauthorized, will not be processed.

style="white-space: pre;"> D. We only give you a credit, no money back to the store for items with defects factory. The shipping cost is on their side.
